We loved this place!

We were immediately greeted for help with parking and checking bags. Our room was great with nice bathroom, comfortable beds and spectacular view. The daily buffet breakfast, included, was excellent. The floor was wooden which squeaked a bit. We felt the dinning at the hotel was expensive however. This is an impressive hotel and would recommend to anyone.

Great Hotel!!

Great hotel on beautiful Lake Como. We would definitely go back. The room was big and clean. The breakfast buffett was good, with lots of meats and cheeses, assorted pastries, fruits & made to order omelettes.

Fabulous hotel!

The hotel was just beautiful, even prettier than pictured on their web site. I would strongly suggest a stay in a lake view room which includes a small balcony which we enjoyed. The only thing that could have been better was if our room was available upon arrival; we arrived around noon very tired from a long overnight flight and hour drive to Lake Como but had to wait an hour and a half for our room to be ready. I would also stay away from the wine bar...we did not enjoy our meal here (although we did enjoy the meal we had in their restaurant). For the rate of about 230 euro a night we got on Orbitz we thought it was well worth it. It was a wonderful stay and one of my favorite hotels of all time.

Story book location

Tremezzo Palace was spectacular. It was a storybook location and experience. We went right before Easter prior to resort season, which might have added to the tranquility. Another traveller we met said they are usually packed. The lakeside pool wasn't open yet but there is an indoor adult pool and another out door pool by the back garden. I would recommend eating outside of the hotel and exploring the town. The food at the formal dining restaurant wasn't very memorable.

The rooms are small, the ...

The rooms are small, the entrance to the hotel is filled with pebblestones that you cannot roll your luggage on, there is no room service after hours. Our king bed was two small beds placed next to each other on the bed frame with a gap in the middle. This place is not worth the price tag.
