Decent Hotel, Bad Location
We just stayed there overnight before taking a flight out of Bergamo airport. Google maps gave us wrong directions, so we walked from the train station. Do not do that! It is about 5km and a long way to go with luggage. There is a bus stop right across the street, so I would take the bus. It is a ways from the village, but there is a shuttle. However, it has limited times. Breakfast is included, we had an early flight so they gave us a bagged breakfast. It was not the best but it was something. The room was nice and had a nice balcony.

dissapointment
we were both dissappointed with the hotel. we have always booked with orbitz for our previous vactions and have trusted the opinions of the sales reps, however this was not what we were looking for. the rep told us it was close to the airport it took us 30 mins to get there and was very confusing. all and all not what we were expecting.

Helt nöjd är svårt att vara, rummets
Helt nöjd är svårt att vara, rummets heltäckningsmatta var dåligt rengjord, luktade unket och gav allergisk reaktion. I övrigt ett rymligt rum, bra säng och fint badrum med bubbelbadkar. Utmärkt frukostbuffé! Riktigt dåligt var den stadskarta receptionen tillhandahöll, en nästan oläslig fotostatkopia. Personalen hade dessutom dålig koll på var närmaste busshållplats fanns, angav ett läge mer än 500 meter bort trots att det fanns en plats alldeles utanför hotellentrén.

Solo una advertencia sobre tema transporte: el taxi tiene un precio fijo de 20 euros desde o hasta el aeropuerto. Mucho cuidado con los taxis en Italia!
