Good service, close to the airport
Comfortable, small room. Very clean bathroom. Shortly after checking into my room, I discovered I had left my laptop on the airplane. Within two minutes, the desk clerk had confirmed that the airport lost & found was holding my laptop for me, and had lined up a private car to take me back to the airport for a reasonable fee. If you want to use internet anywhere but the lobby (and there for only 30 minutes), you'll have to pay. Breakfast was outstanding.

Very accessible from the airport
Very accessible from the airport and easy to get into the city from there using your own transport or the regular public transport that is very nearby. Rooms are very clean and of good quality in both product and service. Although located near a busy road the hotel is very quiet and comfortable. An excellent buffet breakfast is available in the morning served in a wonderful terrace area. Great stop off point for either the business traveller or in our case for 2 days of a family holiday.

Good Hotel, Great Breakfast
Check in was a breeze. My room was spotless! The towels were soft, not scratchy like most hotel towels. Excellent quality bed linens. Quite possibly the included-hotel-breakfast ever. The maitre d at breakfast greeted everyone personally and created a nice atmosphere. The only potential negatives: this hotel is located right next to a highway, so if you are a light sleeper that might be an issue. Also, the cleaning ladies started their rounds on my floor by around 8am. The walls are somewhat thin and they were conversing with each other from one end of the hallway to the other. Therefore, no sleeping in. But, the room was spotless, so I guess I can't fault them for doing their job well.

The airport is situated only 3km from Bergamo airport, yet a taxi costs 20 Euros!! Investigate alternative transportation.
