An excellent hotel. Very comfortable and central, but well sound-proofed. Highly recommended, especially for those wanting to take a short break in Bergamo, as we did. It's a great city and also a good base for seeing Milan, Lake Como and other parts of Northern Italy

Exceptionally pleased with this
Exceptionally pleased with this hotel. First of all it is in a very convenient area; close to the bus/train station and not far from the fenicular which takes you to the old town. A bit disappointed that even though it stated breakfast on the confirmation voucher we were told on arrival that it was not included (it was noted that a number of other guests had assumed the same). The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and excellent double glazing ensured that even though our room overlooked the main road we could hear no traffic noise at all. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten. Das Zimmer war gut und entsprechend einer Grossstadt ruhig. Das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück muss man separat bezahlen. Die Qualiät des Frühstücks ist dafür aber hervorragend. Im Verhältnis zu anderen 4 Stern-Hotels ist der Übernachtungspreis aus dem [Webseiten]angebot eher zu hoch für das was es bietet.

Hôtel bien situé, fenêtres de très bonne qualité utile contre le bruit de la route. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Chambres un peu sombres et manque de luminosité. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking à l'hôtel (compter 15 Euro/jour au parking voisin).
