good location
it is very nearby the railway station, but it is very noise for the room which is close to the main street, so when you book , you need ask the stuff to select a quiet room.

Ideal Position.
Excellent position for buses & trains to tour area & beyond. Staff vey good room very clean. But check the mini bar when you get there 5 items were missing on check in we reported this twice but they were not replaced during our stay & they tried to charge us for these items on check out. would stop again & recommend this hotel.

Bergamo City Break
Hotel was great value. Its location was excellent. Very clean and rooms were comfortable. Staff at reception were very pleasant and made some helpful recommendations. Well positioned for train station and Tourist Information.

Mercure Hotel is where YOU want to stay in Bergamo
I was in Bergamo on a couple's trip and stayed in 2 different hotels. The Mercure is modern, clean and the staff was very friendly. It is very close to the train station and the old town is just a few clicks away. I highly recommend this hotel

Very good breakfast with fresh
Very good breakfast with fresh fruits and all you need. You can walk to the railway station and bus to the aeroport in a few minutes.

An excellent hotel. Very comfortable
An excellent hotel. Very comfortable and central, but well sound-proofed. Highly recommended, especially for those wanting to take a short break in Bergamo, as we did. It's a great city and also a good base for seeing Milan, Lake Como and other parts of Northern Italy

Exceptionally pleased with this
Exceptionally pleased with this hotel. First of all it is in a very convenient area; close to the bus/train station and not far from the fenicular which takes you to the old town. A bit disappointed that even though it stated breakfast on the confirmation voucher we were told on arrival that it was not included (it was noted that a number of other guests had assumed the same). The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and excellent double glazing ensured that even though our room overlooked the main road we could hear no traffic noise at all. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.
