Boasting a stunning position between the mountains on one side and the Borromeo Gulf on the other, this superbly renovated hotel is set in its own sub-tropical gardens, close to the centre of Baveno. The main resort of Stresa, with its lively lanes filled with restaurants, bars and shops, is approximately two and half kilometres away. During your stay you can relax beside the swimming pool, overlooking the hotel's beautifully landscaped gardens, or you can make use of a lakeside bathing beach, just a few metres away. An indoor heated swimming pool, solarium, Turkish bath and gymnasium are available at the Simplon's sister hotel, the Grand Hotel Dino, accessed by an indoor art gallery.

Junior suite: The Junior Suite contains an elegant drawing-room furnished with comfortable sofas, some of them are with four poster bed, Caucasian carpets and pictures that characterizes this particular type of the room. The bathroom is fitted with marble and mosaic work, spa bath and separate shower. A wonderful balcony allows you a panoramic view over the lake Maggiore.
Suite: The suite consists of a large room with separate living room, containing sumptuously decorated, double draped curtains in emerald green, ruby red or golden yellow. The bathroom, covered with marbles and mosaic work, has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. A private balcony allows you a panoramic view over Borromean Islands.
