The Resort faces south-east, therefore is exposed to the sun the whole day, and is located towards the lake; very easy to reach as it borders on the "Gardesana Orientale". The Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments is the new jewel of Parc Hotels Italia and introduces a new concept in hospitality. The architectural lines and development were designed in order to integrate the new residential building with the landscape and with the natural undulating of the ground, also by reinstating all green areas. A firm non-acceptance of an high-impact architecture.
All suites and apartments have been conceived to offer the maximum comfort, thanks to a new desire of great convenience for the guest. Reception, Restaurants, Bars, Wellness Center and all other facilities are in one building situated on the top of the slope fronting the lake.
