The luxurious and spacious Yarden Apartments is located in one of Tel Aviv's best areas, the Ben Yehuda Street, only 200 meters from the beach. Right by the apartment building there are shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation.

All the apartments in this preserved Bauhaus building have fully equipped kitchens with all cooking utilities, and a balcony with chairs and a table. The building itself, both inside and outside, is fully renovated and has an elevator.

The spacious apartments (between 40 and 60 m) have modern comforts such as an LCD TV and free wireless internet. The apartments are stylish and very well furnished.

Not well run

Would not recommend Tue, Jan 14, 2014
This hotel has nice apartments and rooms, but it is not well maintained and the management is very difficult to deal with. I reserved and paid for a one-bedroom apartment, but it took an hour of arguments with staff before they would stop insisting I had to take a studio. There are incredible deficiencies in management, like refusal to replace bulbs in dark hallways, and refusal to accommodate reasonable requests, such as for an extra towel. The staffing is extremely meager. Even though the rental apartment-hotel has its advantages, the unpleasantness of the management makes it not worthwhile.

Dirty, Dingy and Falling Apart

Would not recommend Wed, Feb 27, 2013
Dust bunnies and debris under every piece of furniture. Door handles, towel racks and faucet handles fall at the touch. Since it's on top of s supermarket, there's noise 24 hours a day as they pack and unpack wares. Building is still under construction - dust and paint smells from down the hall are sure to come into your apartment.

Great place

Would recommend Mon, Oct 8, 2012
This was by far the best place I have stayed in Tel Aviv.It is very convenient to both the beach and the Disengoff area..The staff is very accomodating, especially when treated with the respect they would deserve as after talking to other workers in the area. They usually dread the pompous & entitled acting American. Thank them again for such a rewarding experience with my stay.

Money saver

Can save alot if you use the ATMs to withdraw Israeli money rather than to use the change companies...the bank rate is better than the change even with the withdrawal fees from your bank

Good Value for Wonderful Location

Would recommend Sun, Apr 24, 2011
There are wonderful windows, balconies with tables and airy, bright rooms in this 16 unit apartment building. There are an abundance of cafes, shops and little markets in easy walking distance. The main area of the gorgeous beaches is a block's walk away. The full kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, oven and dishwasher. HOWEVER, this is an apartment rental -- NOT a full service hotel with daily service, etc. Any questions or need for assistance is an easy phone call away for english speaking help.

Time saver

There is a moderate sized market on the corner by the building -- very amply equipped with all groceries, fish, meat, drinks, produce and sundries. Its open 8 to midnight 7 days a week.
