Great modern hotel
The Mercure is modern and very clean. I arrived early, before check-in time. I went out to get lunch, and the staff called me when my room was ready (they even moved my bags up before I got back). The hotel is walking distance from the beach, but not on the beach. The staff was extremely friendly.

I was in Israel a year before and had terrible service in many hotels. The 5 star hotels were the worst service, but it was bad everywhere. The minute I walked into the Mercure it was a different world, friendly, kind service oriented personell, well decorated, great food, above and beyond service. It made me rethink everything I thought about my previous trip and made it one of the most pleasat holidays of my life. I own a hotel where service is excellent, so I appreciate it more than most people!

Short walk from hotel
There is fabulous food everywhere within a short walk. I had Japonese, local specialties like kabobs and snitzel, everything was good!

Nice, clean and minutes to the beach
The room was extremely clean, staff were very friendly and I had a sound sleep despite being right next to the street side. I would highly recommend this hotel. Location was very good; minutes from the sea and cute little cafes.

Te duur
Veel te dure accommodatie. Kamer , ligging ....zijn wel ok. Maar eigenlijk is de prijs/kwaliteit niet conform. Echt veel te duur voor wat men krijgt. Ontbijt is ook echt wat naar de povere kant.
