Nice Hotel - Great location

Pleasant stay. The breakfasts were great. The concierge lacked the class and knowledge you would expect from a 5-Star - I rate them maybe a 2 star. Location was great and the rooms were ok, though it's time for an overhaul.

good location, special hotel for Jewish people

Working in Travel Business and travelling around the world for over 40 years, this hotel is to recommend to people of Jewish religion which I entirely respect ! Mind that after discussion with Guest Office Manager from Canada, all the luxury hotels in Jerusalem have ....paying WIFI...US$ 16.-/day which today is totally unacceptable as even the smallest restaurants and shops have their own WIFI there. This is today a reason for not staying at this hotel anymore. Mind we are living in 21st century !!!!!!

Wonderful experience

Great rooms - larger than comparable hotel rooms in NYC, London, etc. Great service & food. Although it is a bit expensive, it is worth the price. It is located very close to the old city & has all sorts of shops close by.

Great Hotel, 5 star rating

The David Citadel is a fine 5 star hotel witn many amenities. It is expensive but centrally located within a short walk of the old city. Next door is the Mamilla Mall with many restaurants. The US Consulate is .5 miles. Service is great, internet provided and costly.
