This boutique hotel is situated in Jerusalem, near Augusta Victoria and Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Situated for travelers of all sorts, but catered towards religious travelers with Netilat Yadim sinks in most rooms, a Synagoguge, a Men's Mikve, and a Glatt Kosherby Badatz Agudat Israel meal service

The hotel has at most 8 free secured parking places in a narrow very difficult area to park in. The walls of the room were literally filthy, the furniture was as old as the hills and the electric sockets were falling out of the wall. The food was
below average and to top it off I can't find a bag of souvenirs. I would never recommend this hotel especially at the price i paid.
The Prima Palace was one of only two hotels available to me on a recent trip to Jerusalem over the 60th Anniversary Celebration. The location was convenient to the Old City - 15 minute walk; and cabs were available to the Convention Center and
elsewhere. If you want a quiet place that is not commercial, in the heart of Jerusalem, this is a great place. The hotel is classified glatt kosher, and does cater to ultra-orthodox Jews; thus providing an authentic, practical Shabbat experience. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in connection with getting cabs and answering questions. The Friday night Shabbat meal was very, very excellent! The hotel suggests making reservations for the shabbat meal early in the week, but I had no trouble arriving on Friday and getting a reservation for that night.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Breakfast is included in rates and is a great buffet from 7 am to 10 am.
