Unique hotel

I really liked that this wasn't a cookie-cutter hotel. It is cut into a side of the mountain and you go down to your room instead of up. The building itself predates the State of Israel and has old Arab charm. The lobby has a great view and there is a little restaurant if you want to eat there (we never did). We loved the morning breakfasts that we always took out to the terrace to enjoy another great view. Don't forget to visit the Turkish bath a few levels down for a unique experience (I didn't even go in but it was fun to see and learn about). I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip to Jerusalem--great pool too!
