The best part of this hotel is that it is right on the beach... the worst part is that there is nothing within walking distance of the hotel besides mediocre beachside non-kosher restaurants. The rooms are hit or miss, some are nicer than others.
Mine had peeling paint, a broken air-conditioner, and dirty carpeting, whereas the people traveling with us had a nice, clean room on the exact same floor.
If you just want to sit on the beach this is a decent hotel, if you want to explore Haifa and other parts of Israel, I suggest you stay some where else.
