Fairview Killarney

Everything was clean and modern. The mattress sagged and I resolved this by turning it over myself. Most of the moderately priced accomodations we had in Ireland were not well insulated against sound and so when your neighbor decides to flush a toilet or have a conversation it is clearly transmitted through the wall.

A great hotel. Right in the center

A great hotel. Right in the center of town, very near to the train station. Walking distance to a lot of pubs. The room is very spacious and very clean. The breakfast is average, but still very high standard as this is ireland. The breakfast is not served until after 8 am but the staff made every effort to accommodate me. I was told that I would only get continental breakfast before 8am. I was given a nice cooked Irish breakfast at 7.30 am. Decor of hotel is very modern and tasteful. My husband and kids decide to turn up last minute, I rang the hotel as I was in a meeting, and they managed to add a cot at the last minute at 9 pm!!
