the staff was wonderful helpful friendly and accommodating. they went out of there way to make me feel welcome, and educate on the town and history of the beautiful manor house.
one day on my stay i found a lost dog. they moved me to a room so i
could keep him over night and they helped me find the ark animal shelter (who it turns out were looking for the dog). my point is they were accommodating to a very unusual request. not a complaint of mind but may be important to others the internet was unreliable in my room so i hung out down stairs in the library or entry room by the fire place to do my internet needs- this was fine because it allowed me to interact w other guests but i know some really prefer the privacy of their own
