Myself and my new hubby stayed here for 3 nights of absolute luxury on our honeymoon. What a stunning location overlooking Killarney lakes and the Kerry mountains. The wonderful staff at reception surprised us with a complimentary ungrade to a
suite which was amazing! Staff are so attentive without being fussy. Breakfast was delicious with so many options and so helpful with any dietary requirements as I am gluten and dairy intolerant. Ate in bar on 2 nights and food was beautiful. Spa was the perfect way to relax with some great specials. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a fabulous hotel!
Very friendly helpful staff. Very nice, clean hotel. Beautiful views. Hotel looked more modern than anticipated and the iron had scorch marks. Housekeeping provided another iron which wasn't much better. We had a lovely time. We would return again
because of the staff and cleanliness.
Overall we had a great experience and could not fault the staff. We booked a garden view room. We were given room 304. This room had in fact a view of the car park and bins outside. The spa is super but the pool area is dated and jacuzzi not very
good. Food was fab and views are stunning
The most hospitable staff we have ever encountered! Our every need was catered for from arrival to departure. Special thanks to the wonderful restaurant and bar staff who made our wedding anniversary dinner so special.[...] and his team were
simply top class
