Very Enjoyable Weekend.

Really enjoyed weekend in Galway, the hotel was perfect, outside of the city - nice and quiet, and only a few minutes from anywhere in the city.

Great Hotel - but Outside of Main City Area

This hotel is excellent... BUT it is no where near the main Galway area.... so if you're not renting a car and are trying to get around on foot... consider yourself out of luck. On the plus side, the room are spacious and quiet and the staff is friendly. (Plus during our stay we got to see the President of Ireland having Tea in the cafe!)

Ok hotel

The hotel was nice and the location okay but we did not have any hot water. We called immediately and they supposedly tweeked something but it did not good. The following day we had now hot water for my husbands shower. They were nice and gave us free breakfast but with such a nice hotel they should be able to handle this with no problem. Other than that it was great.

Best Hotel I've stayed in!

After arriving late the bar staff managed to rustle up some food for us even though the kitchen was closed. On checking in we were upgraded to the executive suite free of charge...it was so nice though that I actually think it's worth the extra cash though! Staff were accommodating throughout the duration of our stay. First time I've ever been bothered to write a review so that says it all!!
