Great hotel!
Easy access to nightlife, the hotel is a few blocks from the Temple Bar District. Easy access to the airport, the airport shuttle is only a block away. The hotel is super stylish and the beds are really nice. The bathroom is modern with a large bath to soak. Recommended!

Exceeded Expetations
It was my first visit to Dublin, so I wanted a centrally located hotel near the main tourist attractions. The Trinity Capital was a great choice. It is two blocks from Temple Bar, the main party area and just down the street from the Castle all attractions Easy access by bus from the airport. Really avant-garde decor...almost funky with a retro feel. The room was large by European Standards with a king-size bed and very clean. Good Buffet breakfast for 9.95 Euro. Beware if you are a light sleeper that it is right next door to the main Fire Station...so expect some bells, sirens and buzzers if your open your windows. But them again you are in the heart of a major European City and should expect those types of noises. It didn't bother me. TV/radio was pay per view - 19.95 Euros per view.

Excellent location and great service!
Location very convenient to site-seeing and transportation choices. ThStaff was helpful & friendly 24/7 and the hotel bar & restaurant beat many of the prices of the local pubs and eateries! Stayed there twice during my holiday (the Tara rooms are the noisy ones)and would definitely do so again when I get back to Dublin!

Great Location & Perks
This hotel is central to key areas of Dublin...easy walk to Grafton Street or Temple Bar. Tourist Office where many tours meet is a 5 minute walk. More important is the free internet in the Cafe and lobby and free airport shuttle to the airport. These perks are worth about 100 - 150 euros for a typical three day stay at other hotels without airport shuttle service. It's a tad noisy on the street side of the hotel ..I was on the third floor facing the street..so you could request a room on a higher floor or in the building itself as a shield against the early morning traffic. But...the noisy street is not enough to offset the pluses of this hotel. I will stay again when in Dublin.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Take the Dublin Bus Tour on day one of your stay ...the one that lets you get on and off at your leisure...it's a good way to get to key areas/sites of the city at your own pace...and get acclimated to the city. Short walk from hotel to Dublin Tourist Office.
