very clean and tidy hotel, helpful staff. nicely placed within walking distance of temple bar and shops. well priced. The wet room/ bathroom was lovely and the giant shower head with surrounding disco light was a brilliant touch ! we've never laughed so much taking a shower. Will use this hotel again.

Great location
This hotel is in the heart of Temple Bar so a great location if you are not planning to drive. The bars on Temple bar are great and the local irish music is wonderful. The only down side of the hotel was the overwhelming smell of sewage coming from the shower. Hotel did offer to move us but as it was our last night we didn't feel like messing about with the move. No bar in the hotel but that is not an issue as temple bar is FULL of great bars.

Great bargain in the center of the city
This updated hotel with newly renovated rooms is centrally located making it easy to walk to everything Dublin has to offer. While the lobby was not yet finished the rest of the hotel offered modern, clean rooms and an outdoor area where you can sit and relax. No restaurant on premises but there is a huge selection of places to eat as soon as you step outside. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Dublin.

Great location, great hotel for price
The Fleet street hotel is in a really great location. The reception was being worked on but that didn't stop the hotel from being nice and clean and tidy, and staff always being present. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Location, location, location!
Location, location, location! Perfectly placed right in the middle of Temple Bar district. While it is an old hotel, the rooms are kept clean and comfortable. Street noise is kept to a minimum with double windows. Staff friendly and nice. Wou d stay there again.

For the price you pay you know
For the price you pay you know it is not a top hotel. It was clean enough and fresh towels each day. Good location if a bit noisy but if you book in Temple bar area you expect noise. I would not take my wife here though but for a group of guys it was ok.

Hotel is a little tired in place
Hotel is a little tired in place admittedly but most of Dublin is tired as its so old. The location was absolutely superb and price was very reasonable. Room and bathroom was huge and beds were very comfy. The pub underneath The Palace Bar is a brilliant local to go in before starting the day wherever your heading too. Will definetly stay here again and will request same room ;)
