Great hotel, perfect location
This hotel was fantastic, given what a good deal I got I didn't expect the hotel to be so great - I would recommend it and I hope to stay there again soon! The hotel looks impressive from the outside (there is some scaffolding on part of the building, but that doesn't matter) and our room (with one queen sized bed, I think it was two double beds pushed together, was so comfy and spacious) was fantastic, so much space in the room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient, checking in and out was fast and simple. The bar/restaurant looked lovely, but unfortunately we didn't have time to visit this. Great location, so close to Grafton Street and plenty of pubs and nightspots so close to the hotel. Thanks

Perfect location, great customer service
This hotel is located in a perfect location for getting to all the sites around Temple Bar. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have a lower rate for the Wifi but that seems to be the going rate in most of Europe. The staff was wonderful. We had requested two beds, but only got a room with one bed. Our stay was over St. Patrick's Day weekend, so it was really busy. To make up for not having the two beds, we were given a free buffet breakfast which was very good...thank you Diane Byrne , hotel representative, for offering this to make up for the reservation mistake. It was greatly appreciated, she is wonderful at customer service for this hotel.

The shower/tub only has a half screen and water would always run on the floor so it made the shower less relaxing always fighting to stay close to the wall to avoid splashing water. The room was clean and service was good. Unfortunately, you pay extra for internet (not like in the US). Breakfast buffet is 11euro on weekdays and 14 on weekend. Great walking distance to the action. No parking on premises.

Cafe Bliss on the alley behind the hotel is great food and very affordable. It is a small place so could be crowded.

Excellent service, helpful staff, top location
We arrived early and the staff was nice enough to let us in early rather than lug our bags around until official check-in. They also advised us nicely on tourist info when we had questions. The cleaning of the rooms was particularly nicely good. Nice to have a coffee pot in the lobby in the morning. Because we went to many of the sites in the City Centre, the location was ideal. Also, a morning run in and around St. Stephen's Green satisfied my running addiction in a lovely way. The travel website indicated that mini fridges were in the rooms, but apparently they never have been; that was a disappointment, but not the hotel's fault.

Won't be dissapointed
We were very happy with our choice. Room was huge (we stayed in a Jr. Suite, got it for about 30% off regular price#. Location is great, a block and a half from the Hop on Hop off bus, about a 15 walk #we walk fast) to Temple bar area. Both nights we walked to and from Temple bar, also walked to Trinity College and of course all the pubs/shops on and near Grafton Street. The only negatives were the staff pushed their restaurant too much. When we asked were a cafe was nearby they simply said "we serve coffee. When asked where we could get food late they said "you can order room service" even though all they had late night was sandwiches. Also had to call a few times to get the front desk to answer. Minor inconveniences though, I would recommend staying if you want a quality hotel for a good price.

Long walk from hotel
Hit up Brazen Head (Oldest bar in Dublin, some say Ireland) for great Irish Bar Food. BRING EUROS if drinking and eating in pubs, quite a few don't accept cards.

Fantastic choice for Dublin
Very nice hotel, very reasonably priced. Solid breakfast buffet, and very good restaurant and bar. Great location just at the SW corner of St Stephen's green, and a 2 min walk to Grafton Street and easy 10 min walk to Temple Bar or St Pat's Cathedral. Very clean, free wifi with good speeds. Definitely recommend.

Dublin trip
They seemed understaffed and confused. Rooms smelled. Booked rooms together, but we were on different floors. It would have been nice to hsve a view of Dublin, our view was a wall. Half way through our stays the keys stopped working. The bartender did not know how to make drinks. We would not recommend this hotel.
