Lovely hotel

Would recommend Thu, Feb 4, 2016
A surprisingly really nice hotel! All staff were lovely and attended our every needs. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a short stay and a great location. Showers are in need of work as they are fairly weak and bed was a little firm but except for that I couldn't find a fault anywhere!

very enjoyable stay at North Star Hotel

Would recommend Tue, Jan 26, 2016
This is our second stay at North Star Hotel. We had a lovely weekend break. The staff on reception are very professional, pleasant, friendly, and very happy to deal with any query you may have. We got a lovely surprise when Ella the front desk manager offered us a complimentary upgrade to the premium rooms. The hotel is very central and only a few minutes walk to the centre of the city. The buffet breakfast is excellent and had a great selection of food to offer. The staff at breakfast were also very pleasant and accommodating. All in all we had a great time and will certainly book again on our next visit to Dublin.

Dublin any Leopardstown Races long weekend.

Would recommend Wed, Jan 20, 2016
The hotel was very welcoming, clean and organised. We had a room on 5th floor with access to the premier lounge. Unfortunately we arrived at room to find a building site directly beneath our window. Bang crash wallop is not what i want to hear so a quick call to reception and a prompt move across the hall remedied this one and only grievance. Room, facilities and hotel was spot on. One thing to note is the walk into the city centre, about 20mins. Local bus and tram station is 2mins down the road. Great bar too.

Awesome friend trip

Would recommend Wed, Jan 13, 2016
I was surprised that the North Star hotel was 4 stars it should really be 5 stars. The hotel is beautiful inside, staff are very welcoming and friendly. It's not far from the main town in Dublin for evening nights out and walking distance to shops. Would recommend the hotel to others who are thinking of traveling to Dublin.

Brilliant birthday weekend

Would recommend Wed, Dec 16, 2015
Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Not too far from the centre, reasonable walking distance. Was allocated 2 triple rooms although only needed a double and triple. Triples were a little cramped but good enough for a weekend break. A special request was organised as promised and help with show bookings and return taxi was appreciated. Thank you

Excellent location for relaxing weekend. Close to shops and pubs. Spoilt a bit by the weather but no way to control that. Will return again in the future. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.
