Not like the pictures, but not the worst.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. This is one of the most important things to us. Unfortunately another thing that we noticed right off the bat was the fact that the lobby seemed dirty. Not filthy, just in need of a decent scrubbing. The hotel restaurant and bar were overpriced as expected, but the bar was not so overpriced that you couldn't spend some time in there on the especially rainy nights. The hotel sits in a good spot. Its about a 5 minute walk from the busy parts of the city so you don't hear all the people and traffic you would staying right in the thick of it. In our room two of the lamps and out exhaust fan in the bathroom were broken which was disappointing, but it was easy to get over as the room was cheap. Service was always good with the exception with a real jerk that worked in the bar and seemed to hate his life, job, and everyone around here. We would definitely stay there again if we make it back to Dublin. The low cost compared to the hotels around it gave us a lot of extra money to play with while we were there. That's the real fun of a vacation.

lovely hotel

Very pleased with hotel, airport bus drops off at conference centre for a 5 min walk over Samuel Beckett bridge. Well placed for steady walk , about 20 mins, to O2 arena, Aviva stadium , Temple bar or O'Connell street areas etc. Staff welcoming, polite and helpful. Lovely spacious room, very clean, fresh towels. Tea, coffee etc. topped up daily. Didn't have breakfast, thought it was a little pricey , went to city centre instead, loads of places to eat. Would have been a 5 star if they included breakfast considering total cost of stay Overall a lovely hotel, would recommend

Lovely Short Break

Lovely hotel, great room, pool and other leisure facilities good, and within walking distance from Dublin City Centre. And the food in the Restaurant was fantastic. We got a good deal on this too, so it was great value for money. Would certainly recommend this Hotel.

Easy and comfortable

Really easy to get to from the Airport, the hotel swimming pool and gym was brilliant. Don't forget a swimming cap. Also, bring your own shampoo. The restaurant was fine, but not worth going out of the way for if you're not staying at the hotel.

Great hotel, great location, great fitness center!

This really was an incredible value. Biggest, best fitness center I've ever seen at a hotel. It's so good, it's open to the public and has members from the local area. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Huge thumbs up!

Maldron, Dublin

Corridors were dirty: full of dirty sheets/towels and plates with remains of food all day. We were given the wrong room type and it wasn't changed.
