Returning Guest

I have stayed several times in Maldron Hotel Tallaght. This hotel is value for money and it is very popular for both business meetings and larger family events. Hotel guests have free access to the swimming pool and to the wellness facilities. The hotel is far from the city centre but it is easily approachable by public transport.

Lovely stay

Stayed at the Maldron Tallaght for Easter weekend, with my partner. Lovely room, service and presentation from hotel staff on all occasions. Helped us to navigate around Dublin. Approximately an hour away from Dublin city centre but brilliant for visitor attractions and having a quiet stay. Amenities close to the hotel, large shopping centre and various bars and restaurants. Highly recommended to all ages

Stay over for the weekend

We stayed here on the 6th an 7th we didn't realise how far out from dublin City centre it was. Also I asked when we checked in it breakfast was included an. The receptionist said no an that it was €10 euro each so didn't have breakfast in the hotel so wen we checked out it said on my bill bed and breakfast so I paid for breakfast that we didn't eat but got told it wasn't included. Also was no time table for the pool in the room to let us know what time it was open an shut so when we asked it was shut so couldn't use it. There is a bar down the road from the hotel it's about €7 euros in a taxi an it's a great night out if you don't want to mission to the city centre the transport links are good to the city centre an dublin is a very expensive city apart from that we had a good weekend

Couples short break

The hotel was fantastic and we really felt we had value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and a credit to the hotel. We would definitly stay again, however, the only thing we could fault is the temperature of the room. We turned the radiators off and had the windows constantly open, even then the temperature was a bit uncomfortable to sleep in but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Nice place

This hotel wasn't near Dublin but was a short drive in. It was right across the street from a mall. Downstairs was a nice grocery store which is where we had our breakfast every morning. It was a nice place to walk around too. Our room had a great deck too and an awesome view of the sunset. The bed was very comfortable.

Comfortable lively hotel

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious, comfy and clean with a little balcony. The room was very hot but we wedged the balcony door open - problem solved! Nice powerful shower and although the hotel was very busy we weren't disturbed by any noise. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the tram into Dublin centre which was about a 35 minute journey. Free parking and good leisure facilities - not well signed though so took some finding! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend

horrible experience

Hotel was very clean and warm however staff were unfriendly and in some cases rude.Waited over an hour and a half for dinner on the Friday evening as the kitchen forgot our order.Had a wake up call from reception the next morning to keep down the noise we were asleep as it was 4.00 am they'd rang the wrong number not even a proper apology was given. This experience has put me off staying in this or any of there hotels again
