Great Location
Great value for being able to walk to O'Connel street, Henry Street and Temple Bar area. Transportation to and from the airport is easy with many options that can save money from taking a cab, which there are many around throughout the city.

North Dublin Maldron
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after St. Stephen's Day. We noticed the streets around the hotel were pretty dirty- we were thinking because everyone had time off. Hotel is a little far from major attractions like Temple Bar, but surely within 15min walk. couldnt beat the price. Rooms are clean & modern. Bed was comfortable.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
take the 747 bus from the airport to O'connell St. I think it is stop #7. We got roundtrip. It was 10 euros per person.

shopping night in dublin
The breakfast was not up to sracth and the manager was very rude with his staff and a bit gruff with me when I signaled that my poached eggs were cold.. The second lots of eggs he produced were also cold and he offered no apology.. But the rest of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to serve us well.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff friendly. Wifi in the lobby area and wired in room (which was quite slow). Hotel not in the best area of town, but the hotel was excellently priced!

Staff were lovely and when we
Staff were lovely and when we asked to move room the obliged, also offering us free breakfast. The rooms were comfortable but quite dark and could have benefited from more lights in the rooms. The location was good for access to the main tourist areas in Dublin however I seriously would not recommend walking back to the hotel at night due to the areas in close proximity to the hotel.

Maldron Square
The hotel was much farther from downtown than advertised. Better hotels, at better locations are available for the same price.
