Girls night out

Would recommend Thu, Jan 7, 2016
Stayed in a family room with friends the first Monday in January. Room was fabulous and spacious. Reception staff were cheerful and helpful both when checking in and out! Room was warm and clean which was lovely as the weather has been so horrible!

Dublin vacation

Would recommend Thu, Dec 3, 2015
In town for a week, primarily to see U2 at Point Depot. Got a great rate for a twin room, and location was perfect for access to arena and city centre. LUAS stop about 2 block walk, airport bus stops in front of the hotel so transport very convenient! Also easy to walk anywhere with a bridge crossing to the south side also in front of hotel. Staff were very helpful with requests and even housekeeping always had a friendly hello when I passed them in the hallway. Room was clean and generally comfortable. The lady who checked us in was even able to give us a room with a river view - lovely! My only negatives, which would not prevent me staying again, were nitpicky things like hard pillows, no in room safe, radiator heating can make room stuffy (kept window open whole time), very poor lighting in the bathroom, insufficient bathroom counter space for 2 women, and need electric outlets next to both beds (we're a digital generation, now so lots to recharge), also no clock radio in the room. Also, the soap container for the sink is in a poor location, making you drip water/soap all over anything you place on the counter under it the dispenser should be right over the faucet, or provide bars of soap. The height of the bathtub may be an issue for older travelers, those with short legs or those with limited movement getting in is easy, getting out is tricky. As I said -- all nitpicky and not a reason to not stay again. Just things that could be improved for an even better customer experience. Looking forward to my next trip, and for the right rate, I'd definitely stay here again!

Great staff - average hotel

Would recommend Mon, Nov 23, 2015
Great staff and a great location for the nearby 3 Arena, but the shower was lukewarm, the room was boiling hot during the night, the shower turned the bathroom into a swimming pool and the room felt a bit drab overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jury's Inn, Custom House. It's in a great location, not far from the airport and a short walk into the city centre! The room was lovely, a great size with a comfy bed! Reception staff were fantastic, really friendly and efficient! Recommend the breakfast, was really lovely, wide choice and well worth the 10 euro! Would definitely stay again!

Concert at 03

Would recommend Tue, May 26, 2015
We only stayed for one night to see a concert? Expensive for room only but that is due to 03. Had dinner before concert on the restaurant, some confusion over our booking but only sorted when I showed a confirmation email, staff very busy! Triple room was perfect for 3 girls! Would like to see an ice machine on each floor! Breakfast was great, lots of choice and only €10.50, will definitely stay again for a night in town!

good value for money

Would recommend Thu, Jan 1, 2015
We had a nice stay in the hotel as we were going to elf in the bord gais but my husband was parked at a meter at the side of the hotel and was told by the security man at the bank beside it that the car was ok untill ten the next morning only to find at half past nine the car had been towed away, which really put a damper on things it would be an idea to have a sign up for customers thaat this is the case , as it cost us 80 euros even though we were on a parking meter. We had stayed in your sister hotel in parnell street the day before and the breakfast area was much more efficient with a bigger area which is nice and as the customs house quay is a better hotel maybe they could extend this area a little Thank you John Kelly

Money saver

Bord gais excellent location, check out the parking dont get caught out like we did.
