Not worth the price
On arrival we found the receptionist very abrupt he was not very helpful. The room was booked in my own name for a double room for 2 people and for all they knew I could have been arriving with my husband. However I arrived with my Daughter and the room was a twin room with very narrow beds. The Parking was very unsatisfactory as the carpark was very narrow to drive around and still had to pay for parking. Overall We did not enjoy our stay in this hotel and i would not recommend it to anyone. The price for room only is not a corret price as you have to pay for breakfast and parking.

worst hotel Ive ever stayed at
no heat in the room, then when I complained they bring a small portable heater which they seem to have plenty of. they are used to it. felt like a reverse max security prison. with 2 security guards always in front of entrance controlling access. they had multiple signs posted all over the entrance stating only residents can enter. made it feel like a max security prison. they will charge you ten euros for wireless. service sucked. the only thing possibly ok with this hotel is the location. luckily i was only there one night!

Decent, only tolerated bc of location
Trouble at check-in. Took them forever to find our reservation. Rooms were adequate. My mother and her friends room was on the top floor and was extremely stuffy and hot compared to ours, on the ground floor. Very noisy at night for us. Hotel's bar serves great drinks, but horrible food.

Literally the best breakfast I have had in my entire life was a five minute walk to a place called "The Queen of Tarts". STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Poorly trained reception staff, tired dated hotel.
It was OK, but staff made some really daft but ultimately irritating mistakes, and the rooms were very tired and in need of updating. Wouldnt rush to rebook

Good News/Bad News
This hotel has great location, good staff, and a nice lounge area. Also, it has some slum views from the windows, slamming, creaking bathroom doors, radiators that don't work, and loud, obnoxious "hen" parties. But, by U.S. standards, it was quite inexpensive.

Good location
This hotel provides a good location for seeing Dublin. We were pleased with our room, and found the hotel quiet and comfortable. We followed the hotel's directions and didn't leave valuables in our room. I would stay here again.

Perfect Location At The Perfect Price
The hotel, a busy place during check-in and breakfast, provides an excellent location to hit all the main tourist spots (and bars) in central Dublin. We found the staff to be helpful and we loved the breakfast. Great bar too. The room was a bit tight, however, but what do you expect for $77 a night! We would stay here again.

Great Hotel
First time in Ireland. The hotel was within walking distance of everything in Dublin, yet far enough away from the noise of the Temple Bar area. The staff was very helpful with any questions or any needs. Called maintenance for problems with flushing the toilet and they were there within 5 minutes. Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, however. . .
I stayed at Jury's Inn Christchurch for one night only. The location is excellent - the center of the tourist activity so it's easy to get around to all the sights you'd like to see - restaurants, shopping, Temple Bar, etc. The hotel lobby was very clean and fairly pleasant. Staff was okay to good. The only room availble for my early check-in was on the first floor, and because I needed to check in, I accepted it. The room itself was pleasant, clean, and across the street from Christ Church itself. The bed linens were exceptionally white, crisp, and clean - very impressive. The bathroom, however, was old, and the toilet smelled of urine even though I knew it was cleaned. The towels are small and I only got 2 of the hand & bath towels. The shower curtain was old and not too clean. I couldn't stand the smell of the toilet and considered asking for a room change, but I needed to be somewhere in town, so I poured some of the hand gel in the bowl and flushed. Little did I know that was the only time I'd be able to flush. Also, no soaps!! - only hand & body gels. The toilet refused to flush!!!! I called reception to ask for assistance and then on my way out I spoke to the manager who said he'd send someone up. When I returned the toilet flushed so I thought all was okay. I then went to use my IPad and no internet signal. I went to see the manager to thank him for sending someone to fix the flush and asked about my 20 euro upgrade to get internet access in my room. He apologized that my room was unable to get access and refunded the 20 euro - on my bill - even though I paid cash for the upgrade. He explained I only had hotel access in the common area, so I spent an hour or so in the lobby with my IPad. Finally after dinner and a couple of tours (I recommend the hop on-hop off bus tours of Dublin - any tour line will do - very good & plenty of interesting sights to visit along the way) - I went up to my room and my email rang - so I did have access in my room - I just needed the hotel access code - wouldn't you think the hotel manager would know this?? Anyway, I was happy with the access and my 20 euro refund. Back to the bathroom - the urine smell wasn't so bad because of the gel I poured in the bowl. But the flush refused to work again. I waited a few minutes, flushed again and nothing. I was too tired and needed a shower, flushed after the shower and it kind of worked. Without going into elaborate detail about this horrible bathroom, at 4:30AM I had to flush again and nothing. I tried 7 or 8 times - nothing! I called reception and the young Brazilian staff didn't understand what I was saying. He came up and couldn't get it to flush either. After fixing the phone jack - yes, I forgot to mention the room phone wire kept coimig out of the jack so I had to use my cell to call reception - another mark against Jury's - he tried the flush and it worked. Needless to say that was the last time it worked. I was tired of asking for assistance and I was checking out at noon anyway - why bother discussing it again with the manager. So between the "old toilet" (as labeled by the staff) and the phone jack, I was fairly unhappy with Jury's. When I mentioned this to my Irish friend who highly recommended this hotel and the fact she always had great rooms, I would consider staying there again because of the location and the cleanliness, but I won't put up with old fixtures and a broken room phone. I gave it overall 4 stars because of the location, cleanliness, and my friend's experiences there. Otherwise, I'd consider it a 2.5 stars.

Good location
We spent a long weekend there, arriving too early for check-in. I asked for a room at the back away from the busy main road. That was not a problem. We stayed in room 138, which was at the end of a corridor and facing the back of the Hotel. Although not noisy from the traffic was noisy due to early morning deliveries, and the dumping of items for re-cycling. Of course this was not all night every night. So if you are a light sleeper bear it in mind. That apart, I cannot find any other fault. Breakfast had a good choice of food. The staff were very helpful. The Hotel was very clean and I would certainly stay there again.
