Excellent location for RDS

The air conditioning was not working, so the room was very hot, making it unbearable and extremely uncomfortable to sleep. It was reported to reception but nothing was done so we were given a noisy archaic fan. Not good.

Romantic Break

Absolutely wonderful! As it was our first wedding anniversary we were upgraded to a Junior Suite by the hotel Management. Room was just fabulous with so much space, made the stay for us! Also lovely touches like a fruit plate, letter from the hotel and even the heart-shaped swans that greeted us on the bed! Reception employees so friendly and welcoming. A really enjoyable stay think we'll be heading back for our second anniversary!! Many thanks to all Mr & Mrs Finucane

Luxury break for 2, Well Almost !

This is a smart looking hotel, set back from the main road so not easy to find if you don't know the area. The airport bus drops you very close , the train station is close as is the taxi rank and bus stop.To save money we chose to walk into the city centre but it is quite a long way. Enjoyed the meal we had in the restaurant and they kindly allowed my partner to pick from the bar menu. The only dissatisfaction really was the room itself, the bed and pillows were very hard, the air con did not work. The tea and coffee was not very generous ,there were no complimentary tissues and we had two calls from maintenance men wanting to unblock the sink and fix the window while we were still in the room. For a four star Hotel a few more little touches of luxury would not go amiss.

Its a long walk in to town, take the bus, but you need the right money as no change is given.

St Patrick's day getaway

The hotel is prime placement but the rooms themselves are subpar from the rest of the place. Still a great deal. Being in the center right by the train made it very easy to downtown and very cheap at that.

Needs renovation

wifi is not free, bathroom old and needs renovation, no mini bar in the room, old type of tv and only few channels are on, no sleepers and bath robs, towels are too bloody old and smell awful. I believe we paid too much for what was offered. very disappointed.
