better than the average three star hotel
The hotel was clean, accommodating, and the location was very good. Only problem was that the heat was not on during the day but was immediately addressed by the staff by furnishing an adaquate stand alone heater.

Great hotel, terrible location.
This is a great hotel for a cheap price, but.... it's located pretty far from city center. A taxi runs about 30 euro and the bus stop is really far away. The cost and effort for transportation destroyed my travel expenses.

Low budget hotel
Hotel was just okay. Staff was friendly but not helpful. This was what I consider a budget hotel. The location was out of town. We needed to take a bus to Get to Dublin,. The bus was a 15 minute walk away.Shower was cold.Beds were hard with rough linen.

Excellent value and good access to main parts of Dublin
I very enjoyed my stay with my two daughters. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us with a little problem caused by my younger child. I liked the heating as I was allowed to turn off the radiator if it was too warm. Some hotel rooms are far too warm and this aspect impressed me.

Night shift manager
I did not stay there my last day beacuse i was treated with respect and told by night shift manager that I will be kicked out of the room as result of my question related to having drink and he hunged up he phone the second time, very agressive in his behaviour because i was of same color as him, did not show respect, as result i did not sleep there the last day and I had to leave the hotel, early in the morning of Monday the 6th Feb 2012 and i'm sure whoever who managed the night shift of 5th to 6th would been an agressive As customer I lost my last night of 6th Feb

Needs work
We were told we could check in early as our flight arrived at 5:30am. We phoned at 9am just to be sure and were told we could check in at 10am. We arrived at the hotel and were told it would be 11am. At 1pm, they finally said we would be checking in at 2pm. We had two 8 year old girls so this was not acceptable. We blew a fuse in the electric outlets when the hairdryer was plugged in. We were told it would be fixed that night, Friday. It was finally fixed on Monday after several calls to the front desk. No credit given for this inconvenience. No tissues in room. Room was extremely hot. STAFF in the entire hotel were extremely rude!
