Lovely hotel, nice staff, good breakfast. Hotel was very noisy, as deliveries arrived at night!

Perfect location for access to OConnell street, near for train, tram& local buses. Lovely bakery shop on the corner attached to hotel, great if your heading put for the day & need a snack! Being on a corner near Parnell square could hear the buses passing by from early in the morning! Its a shame about the noise or it would have been perfect.

long weekend break

Would recommend Wed, Jan 27, 2016
I booked the hotel for its Georgian character and we were not disappointed! We had a cosy and quiet en suite bedroom and while we did not eat in the restaurant the breakfast were 'hearty' and set us up for the day. The hotelis well located, minutes away from the top of O'Connel Street. Our only gripe was the poor wifi in our room which was on the third floor at the east end of the building. We would certainly book at the Castle hotel again

Good Hotel

Would recommend Sat, Nov 14, 2015
The Castle Hotel was a good choice, no real complaints. It was clean well placed within the town and the staff were very friendly. A good breakfast included in the room price was a definate bonus. The only comment I would make is that although the room was clean and had the usual facilities it felt a bit plain. Empty wall space where one normally finds pictures etc.It could do with being made a little more homely. Hotel recomended.

Would recommend Sat, Nov 7, 2015
Lovely hotel within easy reach of town centre. We arrived on the 7.30 am flight so left our luggage at the hotel till check in at 2pm, all the staff were very friendly & nothing was to much trouble. There was music every night in the downstairs vaults which was nice so if had a busy day we didn't need to leave the hotel to find some music! The meals in the hotel were very good & reasonably priced. Well worth a visit
