The charm of a family-owned hotel in the polished city center

good city centre base
A lovely comfortable, well run hotel. \room was very well appointed and very clean. We ate "in" every night and found the restaurant very welcoming and the food excellent value., Bar prices were expensive but all places the same. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location, close to shops,bus stops, theatres and cinema.

get a two day travel pass for hop on hop off bus trip. \well worth the money and saves legwork!!!

Lovely modern hotel
The reception staff were very helpful when we arrived asking about our plans for our stay and giving us a map. Bar staff and breakfast staff were also very helpful throughout our stay. All the food we had was very good with quite a wide selection for the breakfast buffet. The hotel seemed very quite, so was able to sleep well. I would stay here again, although it is a little walk from the main Temple Bar area.

In Dublin's Fair City
I have been to Dublin 4 times, and for the money this hotel was pretty good. The online website sells it as a little bit more classy than it really was, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Its on O'Connell St which is a fantastic location, and like I said for the money it was fine. The area was nice enough, of course you will always have your typical city sounds, traffic, drunk folks and all the other trimmings. The hotel bar was great, we enjoyed having it in the hotel, good for a night cap. The only thing I didn't care for was the smells of the kitchen below, we stayed on the far side of the hotel. I work in kitchen, so for me it was kind of unpleasant to have to smell fried fish for half the day. This might only be in the room where I was staying too.

regular business trip. Have used the hotel several times as prefer independent hotels to chains. Staff pleasant, food ok and bed comfortable. Hotel getting very tired now and bathroom tatty. Toilet handle falling off, tile grouting amd mastic mucky, plug rusty and chain fell off, towels old, shower luke warm. Staff not overly concerned upon complaint. Hotel has good potential but will look elsewhere next month.

One word...shabby.
I feel deceived by what was represented on the web site. Old, run down, shabby hotel. Too far out from the city center. I would never, ever stay here again. Low end!

Personal sympatisch und freundlich;
Personal sympatisch und freundlich; große Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung im Nebengebäude. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es sehr ruhig; kein Verkehrslärm zu hören! Frühstücksbüffet nach deutschem Geschmack - es gibt sogar dunkles Brot! Kaffee ist ebenfalls sehr gut! Beim nächsten Besuch werde ich sicher wieder im Cassidy's einige Tage übernachten!

Perfecta situacion si se quiere disfrutar de la ciudad a pie. Personal muy amable. No muy nuevo, pero tranquilo, por lo menos en la epoca que fuimos.

Bien situé à 5 minutes du centre. Bon service. Mais pas satisfait avec le déjeuner: malgré les réchauds, les mets (sausages, bacon, black&white pudding) sont tièdes, commes les assiettes «chauffées».

Hôtel très bien situé dans le
Hôtel très bien situé dans le haut de O'Connell Street à proximité de Temple Bar (moins de 10 minutes à pied) et de Grafton Street. Etablissement à taille humaine avec bon rapport qualité prix et petit déjeuner copieux. Seuls bémols, la vue sur un dépotoire pour les chambres qui donnent sur l'arrière (mais plus calmes) et un lit double peu spacieux avec matelas trop mou.

L'hotel è molto carino, pulito
L'hotel è molto carino, pulito ed in ottima posizione per visitare la città. Lati negativi: stanza al piano terra con "vista" sul parcheggio, che obbligava a usare sempre la luce artificiale, inoltre la scarsa insonorizzazione della camera. Nel complesso la valutazione è positiva!
