Rooms were excellent. We had views over the river which was beautiful. The room we had was a refurbished room which has everything you would need. There was a wedding on the Saturday night in the function suite below the room, music until 2am!!
Complained to reception the next morning who said he was surprised we could hear it. No apology given.
Did not like this hotel, bedrooms were very dated and not very clean. I found crisps on the carpet, taps on washbasin did not work properly, every step taken in the bedrooms on the next floor up felt like they were going to come through the
ceiling. overall i was very disappointed.
