Beautiful hotel great location We were there when weather was about 50degrees F The room was very hot and I was told that because there is no air conditioning there was nothing to be done . Sleeping difficult room faced back it was quiet no view and much too hot at night difficulty sleeping. Wonderful concierges Duncan and Tim were very helpful and kind!!,

Short walk from hotel
Not cheap, but the food at Jacques round the corner in Phoenix Street is superb (don't be put off by outside appearance!) Mon-Thurs and before 19:00 fri-Sat it does a 2-course menu at €26.00. A la carte is around twice that for 3 courses depending on what you choose. But if you're in the mood for a top class blow-out...

Regular hotel. Nothing exceptionally
Regular hotel. Nothing exceptionally special. Make sure that you put up the " do not disturb " sign on the room as housekeeping will bang on your door at 8.30 even on a sunday morning.

old but clean hotel in the centre
old but clean hotel in the centre of town adjacent to shops, pubs and restaurants. hotel food good. also Jacques restaurant only around the corner very good.
