Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta Resort and Spa

The people at the desk were extremely courteous and very helpfull all the time. Breakfast was complete and the seating and its view were perfect. I would definitely come back here again.

Sheraton Style, peaceful and relaxing. Close to Adisucipto Airport, 15 min from Jogya center (with complimentary drop-off shuttle service). On the way to Prambanan Temple (20 minutes taxi ride).

Asian Sheraton hotel near the airport; easy to get a cab to downtown. A must see is the Pasar Beringharjo where the regular folk shop. Be prepared to accept that your name is Misterrr.As far as the hotel was concerned, everything went just as I expected. Why shouldn't it be? We're talking [...], right?Hotel laundry was terribly pricey, but we did not have our sunday best with us so we took it a couple blocks down the road and had it done by a laundry that was located within a mosque compound. Embarrasingly cheap, it almost felt like we were using slave labor.Change money at the bank Mandiri; seems to be less bureaucratic than the others.

First visit to this hotel and was bowled over with the first class service and the staff members' attention to detail. Whilst a little out of the main city area the property is close to the airport, a plus on departure day. The complimentary shuttle service several times a day ensured easy access to down town and the special bonus of a peaceful haven from the hustle and bustle was appreciated. Excellent value for money

Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable but needed some minor maintenance. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and is in a good location for visits to the Temple of Prambanan. Borobudur Temple is further away, an hour away by car. The hotel is well prepared to organise cars or taxis for sightseeing or visits to shops and restaurants in the centre of the city.

Service was excellent from the moment I checked in. Staff was friendly and helpful and to my surprise, was upgraded to the Club Room and offered its privileges. The room was spacious and the experience was beyond my expectation.

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel during the Lunar New Year holidays. This is not a new hotel. Facilities are generally OK, although the pool was opened only till 6 PM, which is absolutely a nonsense for a resort. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast was expensive (the buffet was USD15, a-la carte started from USD8), especially as compared with the Yogya restaurant prices (mostly about USD3-5 for a main dish). The location is not quite good if you plan to visit the city downtown often. Otherwise, it is OK, although a bit pricey.

The location is 5-10mins from the airport but quite far from town centre. Its quite good location to visit Prabanam and Borobudur from. Not so convenient to venture around, although they do have 4 free shuttles to Maliboro (main street) a day. I chose the Volcano View room overlooking the swimiing pool but the rain clouds blocked the view of Mt Merapi. I believe it can be quite spectacular from the upper floors only (4-5fl). Unfortunately, there was a corporate event on the Sat night which treated us to some awful band singing. Do ask about their schedules when booking to avoid a noisy night.

This hotel is a very comfortable hotel, which supported with all facilities include drop off from and to airport. Also, have a good view from each room, beautiful pool (indoor and outdoor) which have spa and body treatment facilities from Mustika Ratu products. I'm very happy as long as stay there. Hopefully, Hotel club could help me again in order to get low rates in next time.Thank you.
