a pleasent hotel that has seen better days. staff very helpful.food very tasty/ a bit expensive. 10 minute walk towads kuta to get to cheaper private shops/food. The hotel is located right next to the airport but not too noisy.accom/rooms spread out so alot of walking envolved.hotel is great for younger children. breakfast superb.pool area right next to beach. beach not really usable.

All aspects of our stay at this large resort were wonderful. The staff are unfailingly very friendly and helpful. The restaurants provided excellent food at reasonable prices. A reasonably priced upgrade to a beachside villa was the icing on the cake. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

I have stayed at the Patra 6 times since 2000 and have always been impressed I guess that's why I keep returning. They are 5 minutes from the airport and probably 15 - 20 minute walk up the beach to Kuta which might be a little far for some however I find the distance an attraction. The pools are beautiful they have several restaurants and the inclusive breakfast is fantastic.

Excellent hotel/villas with great breakfasts and swimming pools and facilities. Only draw back was the location (near the airport) - a far way from Kuta/Lagian - but the quality of the hotel more than made up for it. Also, it didn't take long to get to and from the airport.

This is a garden style resort. With the price of less than a hundred dollar a night, it is excellent. However, some rooms are attached and you can hear TV that goes on in the next room. Since it is like a garden resort, the room we stay 484 is 15 minutes walk from lobby. It was wonderful when the staff told us to call for free buggy service until one time, one of the staff was refused to take us, saying that the buggy is only for checking in and out, and we are supposed to walk. So we just avoided that rude person, and get our ride with another bell boy; regret that I forgot to get his name. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

We stayed 21 nights at the Patra from February 22, 2010. This was the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. We booked a deluxe room, however, we were not happy with the shower over the bath nor with the A/C directly over the bed so we upgraded to a deluxe suite after the 1st night. The deluxe suite was very spacious & comfortable and well worth the upgrade. The service at the Patra is fantastic & I can not speak highly enough of all the wonderful staff. The breakfast was exceptional & the pool is one of the best pools in Bali. We found the prices at the hotel were dear, however, they were comparable for any fine dining experience you could have elsewhere. We regularly walked into Kuta but you can also use the scheduled shuttle service that the hotel provides (free). We walked along the beach into Kuta which cuts out about 15mins walking time. Overall I would highly reccommend the Patra & will have no hesitation in staying there again the next time we visit Bali.

I spend 2 nights at Patra Bali on my honeymoon. Overall, I would recommend this hotel with the facilities and service rendered being pretty decent. On the down side, this resort is a tad far from Kuta town with no shuttle service. And the rooms are a little old.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto. Una atención magnífica por parte del personal. Servicio de bus para trasladarse al centro de Kuta. Muy cuidado sus jardines y entornos a piscinas y playa. Una habitación (villa) amplísima. Vinimos muy satisfechos del este hotel, sobre todo de su personal.
