Very good location to beach,shops and restaurants. Rooms are a little smaller than other hotels but are modern and clean. View from restaurant and pool on roof is probably best in Kuta.

This is a wonderful property.
This is a wonderful property. Very polite & helpful staff. The USP of the property is its location. The rooms are just about OK. The air-conditioning system needs a very big overhaul. The breakfast spread also has scope for improvement. But, all in all, one of the best value-for-money properties on Kuta Beach!

Service from the front desk was
Service from the front desk was superb. Apparently, there was a problem with their server and we couldn't get a room upon arrival. But the front desk staff immediately approached us to explain the problem and relocated us to a different hotel for the first night. The matter was handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Thumbs up on that part. The food and beverage outlets on the other hand leaves much to be desired. Only one word to describe the food - BAD. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

Good hotel for the price in a great area
The location is great in the center of Kuta. It's not Hard Rock (right next door), but you can stay here for cheaper, still get a good room with good service, and just take a 30 second walk to the same places everyone else in the expensive hotels are going. Nightlife, the beach, shopping....what more do you take a vacation for???

The hotel was ok. Staff were friendly
The hotel was ok. Staff were friendly and nice but everything was overpriced and the room was very small. The bed was terrible to sleep on and the mattress actually had a spring sticking out the side of it!! Not what I was expecting from a 4 star hotel.
