In-the-know visitors to Bali stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Bali to be close the action in Kuta. Since opening in 1998 as the original Hard Rock Hotel in Asia, the Hard Rock Hotel Bali has received regular upgrades to its centrally located property. Excellent hotel and the staff
Excellent hotel and the staff were fantastic and friendly. Drinks are really expensive and they add a service charge on every time you buy one. The only complaint we had was that the breakfasts were generally cold as the hot plate covers were left open by numerous guests. Would definitely go back to the same hotel next time though.

Bali Adventure at the Hard Rocj Hotel
Great location across the beach where the surfs up. You can go surfing or swim in the pool. Lots of Aussies and Japanos so you have safety in numbers. Mata Hari shopping mall is right up the back door as well as the bank and massage parlors all around but no go go bars in Kuta - you have to go to Legion (leg-gee-on) 15 mins by cab. I had a relaxing time - got up went to breakfast at 6:30am went back to bed then went to the gym to exercise then went to the pool to swim and have a $12 cocktail then went for a couple of massages then went to my room to watch tv and fall asleep. Got up the next day and did the same thing all over again. I had a rockin time at the Hard Rock hotel

Hard Rock ali
We went to the hotel on our first trip to Bali and we didn't really know what to expect. The location is good- close to the beach, and there are plenty or places to eat nearby. The local shopping is also good, and transportation to other places is easy to get and cheap. The hotel was a bit noisy, and this was not even the high season. Food at the eating places was good and prices seemed reasonable compared to mose reosrt type hotels. Good place for the kids, as the pool area is definitely the high light of the hotel. Very large pool area, with waterslides and plenty of activites for the kids, while the parents can enjoy the drink service.

Great hotel, with top notch facilities.
Great hotel, with top notch facilities. Just a tad pricey. You can get a cheaper 5 star hotel in some locations in Bali but you obviously have to pay a premium for the Hard Rock label and the great central location.

The staff in general and all persons
The staff in general and all persons manning the Reception Desk and the Guest Relations Desk were extermely courteous, friendly and eager to help. Myself and my wife particularly remember one Ms Maureen(hope I got the name correct) at the Guest Relations Desk in the daytime between the dates 25/6 and 29/6 who was really really helpful and friendly. We also are full of praise for the driver-cum-guide we were attached to- Mr Made Sudarshan who was the epitome of courtesy, and was very impressive with his knowledge of Bali, its history, culture and the place as a tourist location, and was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Holiday was a superb experience more because of the people we came across at Hard Rock Hotel amongst its staff and its support services. Keep it up!! We look fwd to coming back soon!

My review of Hard Rock Hotel Bali
Very good location in front of Kuta beach and near the best commercial area.(200 m for shopping).Ask taxi at the hotel desk,you will get the rigth one at real price(taxi metre). Swimming pools fantastic for adults-children. Breakfest gargantuesque...Ambiance rock!!!

You can buy everyyhing,from food to clothes,at big shopping centers to very small stores.If you need money,no problem:DAT every where;be carefull some DAT give only 1250000rp,go to other one for more.
