Avoid this hotel
The hotel itself is fine, staff is professional, and the price is reasonable. Unfortunately, the day after retuning from my three-day trip, I was covered head to toe in bedbug bites. Still hoping that they didn't follow me home...

Though the double rooms are not
Though the double rooms are not as spacious as we have expected,they are quite cosy and comfortable,certainly good value for your money. Location is great. Convenient to shop and dine.

We stayed at superior room with
We stayed at superior room with double bed. I described our room was quite small completed with small bathroom, so it very difficult to do anything inside. Too many accessories inside along the wall that make the space more small even for walk.

First time i entered the Lobby,
First time i entered the Lobby, it was looked very nice and clean (very quite actually, even in New Year's Eve) and the receptionist were polite. entering the room, looked very clean, but there's a little bit problem with my toilet, it wont flushed. I call the reception, and the Engeneering came in a flash (very quick Respond), fixing the toilet and it also fixed in a second.... overall i'm very satisfied with the Hotel.

My 5th trip to Jakarta, first
My 5th trip to Jakarta, first time to stay here. I booked for 2 days. For the pricing I expected more. Service was just average, meals were good, room was small. Location to the central area of the city was good. Just a very short cab ride or walk down the dirty street and your in a different world, almost. It is a safe area to stay in and I have stayed in this area before. Laundry service was on time and good quality of work. My last trip to Jakarta I stayed at the Ibis across the road and was much better. Why is it that hotels run by men are less friendly, curtious and polite than those run by a women?

Internet access is very expensive,
Internet access is very expensive, for the price of 1 hour in a nearby restaurant you get breakfast for 2 and WLAN for free. Staff are friendly and competent.

２泊しました。宿泊料金とサービス、ファシリティのバランスはいいと思います。場所もトランスジャカルタ（コリドー１）のサリナ駅まで５分ほどで悪くありません。また、周辺には有名なレストランや食堂がいくつもあります。ホテルのレセプションでアイロンとアイロン台をお願いしましたが、すぐに対応してくれ、気持ちがよかったです。 ただ、１つだけ言いたいことがあるとすれば、他の方も指摘されているように、インターネット利用料が高すぎる、ということです。宿泊料金は１泊あたりインドネシアルピア換算で３８万ルピアほどな ですが、インターネット利用のためのプリペイドカードが１２万ルピアもします（つまり、宿泊料金の３分の１！）。しかも使い始めた時間から２４時間しか使えません（ログオフしてもカウントは止まりません）。インドネシアには無料でインターネットを提供しているホテルもたくさんあるので、インターネットを多用する方は別のホテルを選んだ方がいいかもしれません。 繰り返しますが、インターネットのことを除けば、いいホテルです。
