Satoo Restaurant

SATOO is all about a culinary exploration of Asian and International cuisine. Chic and modern are the first impressions. The dessert station featuring a chocolate fountain and an irresistible display of cakes, pastries, souffles, ice creams and desserts. A Juice Station with a wide array of fresh whole and cut fruit, and features an innovative twist: Jamu ladies preparing and serving Jamu, traditional Indonesian herbal concoctions using various types of medicinal plants. For authentic Indian cuisine, genuine Tandoori ovens loom over the Indian Station. A carving station for roasts, poulty and fish introduces the Western station, alongside, innovative presentations of Continental favorites. The Asian and Indonesian sections offer the opportunity to sample a diverse selection of Indonesian items, Noodles are served in a variety of types: From udon, ramen, soba and glass noodles to spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli and many more, prepared a la minute in fragrant broth at the Noodles Station.

Shang Palace Restaurant

Devotees of fine Cantonese cuisines continue to flock to the capacious Shang Palace. This Chinese restaurant serves a huge array of Chinese and Cantonese specialties. The much-loved Dim Sum luncheons is ideal for guests who search for a quick bite before going back to their activities, while the sumptuous course-by-course Chinese set menus are available for a more intimate dining. Shang Palace also boasts the Lotus Ballroom, a mini ballroom that can cater up to 200 people, the perfect venue for Chinese weddings or arrangement. Private rooms are available form 10 to 40 people.
