Had to do a bit of waiting during check-in when the receptionist highlighted that our booking was not registered in their system. Luckily we had a printed copy of the online-booking made from [this website]. Otherwise, the service rendered was excellent. The hotel's location made it very convenient to go anywhere in Jakarta via taxi or even the public buses - with the Busway station just across the road. HIghly recommended.

Great place, great atmosphere
The hotel had very friendly staff, very quick and accurate service, and very clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was great as it was at the center of Jakarta. The front had trusted Blue-bird taxis parked waiting to take you wherever you went. They offered spa, massage/reflexology, gym, pool, & 24-hr. room service to name a few amenities. The only downside to my stay was relocating from a smoking room to a non-smoking room due to renovations that should be completed as I write this review. Would recommend and will stay again.

Money-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
Don't be scared to cross the street or use the nearby sky-walk. The money changers and restaurants surrounding the hotel are much cheaper than the hotel itself for dining or currency exchange. The bus terminal is right in front of the hotel, you can get around most of the city this way for pennies on the dollar. BEFRIEND LOCALS...it's easy.
