Great place, great atmosphere

The hotel had very friendly staff, very quick and accurate service, and very clean and well-maintained rooms. The location ... was great as it was at the center of Jakarta. The front had trusted Blue-bird taxis parked waiting to take you wherever you went. They offered spa, massage/reflexology, gym, pool, & 24-hr. room service to name a few amenities. The only downside to my stay was relocating from a smoking room to a non-smoking room due to renovations that should be completed as I write this review. Would recommend and will stay again.
Traveler type: Single
Don't be scared to cross the street or use the nearby sky-walk. The money changers and restaurants surrounding the hotel are much cheaper than the hotel itself for dining or currency exchange. The bus terminal is right in front of the hotel, you can get around most of the city this way for pennies on the dollar. BEFRIEND LOCALS...it's easy.
