Harris Kelapa Gading is located in sentra Kelapa Gading business district in Northern Jakarta with direct indoor access to Kelapa Gading Mall. Suitable for both business and leisure. This hotel features swimming pool, spa and fitness centre, feet reflexology, kid's club, and various sizes of meeting rooms and 1 ballroom that can accommodate up to 1500 people. (CB 05/10). Modern high-rise building. Harris Kelapa Gading is the latest built of Harris hotel group located in Sentra Kelapa Gading business district , Northern Jakarta, with direct indoor access to Kelapa Gading Mall. Nearby points of interest include La Piazza Lifestyle Centre, Gading Food City culinary centre, Jakarta International EXPO Kemayoran, Ancol Dream Land, Seaworld, Mangga Dua shopping district, Sunter, Sunda Kelapa Harbour and Pulo Gadung business area.

Despite the very bad service,

Despite the very bad service, the location is perfect. just be prepared for the "sudden" change of rule or managerial protocol. I have been staying here 4 times, and never get the same treatment.
