Only impression
Room was ok minibar fridge wasnt cold because the fridge was broken . Staff at the Restaurant was friendly so are the locals so not impressed. When i checked out (12 noon) i forgot sum clothes then 3 hours after i went back and nobody was checked in the room so i went to have a look and guess what GONE they took my stuff and didnt give it back and im mega sure i left it their but no solution conclusion never going back and if u stay there lock all ur stuff up or forget about it!!

Decent hotel for the price
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was a short walk form the beach for a fraction of the price of other hotels right on Kuta beach. If we went to Bali again, we would probably stay in Ubud however. Kuta is good if you're into the night life stuff, but we ended up traveling to Ubud most days to go to the various artisans and markets and could have obtained a hotel there for about $30 a night (before the 21% tax that Bali hotels charge).

Great place in general
Very nice breakfast buffet, rooms are very clean but simple. 15 min walk from the beach. Close to many restaurants & shop.

At first compliments to the staff:
At first compliments to the staff: very friendly and willing to help you. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms twice: the first time we were placed near the noisy generator of the airco. The second time they placed us again in a noisy room: along the busy road. The chambers were smaller then the pictures are showing on the internet. They were clean. There is one computer with free internet use and also free WIFI available

Excellent location, only a short walk to the main shopping centre of Kuta. All facilities that you could need. Very friendly and helpful staff who provided us with information on what to do and where to go.

Très bon hôtel - très bien situé
Très bon hôtel - très bien situé à 5 minutes de la rue principale de Kuta, de la plage et des magasins. Donc, à l'écart complet du bruit EXTREME des discothèques et bars pourtant à moins de 500 m. à vol d'oiseaux. Les chambres sont très belles, propres et spacieuses. Le personnel de la réception est souriant mais lent et souvent surchargé. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 ado de 17 ans. Nous pouvons donc sans hésitation et sans réserve le conseiller à tous.
