Bali Hyatt
The hotel was a wonderful retreat for us. The service was very good and everyone greeted you when you crossed paths. We would recommend that you upgrade to the Club rooms as they include breakfast, afternoon tea, and a more personable experience with the staff. They helped out in several areas and with this service, we only needed to have evening meals on our own. We arranged for a car hire for a couple of days and went to the Botanical Garden, the rice terraces, Ubud, Tonah Lot, monkey forest, Ulu Watu and the orchid garden in Sanur. We arranged for the driver that took us from the airport to the hotel to take us around. He was very good and easy to work with on the journey. You should be aware that sometimes communication is or can be an issue so it is important to be patient and make sure there is a good understanding of the desire for the day before you go. Our driver was exceptional and we would recommend him (Agung Tour Service) for your travel needs. The Bali Hyatt is located near the town of Sanur which allows you to walk to shop or enjoy the surroundings. The hotel grounds are a tropical paradise with flowers, birds and plants all providing a wonderful place to relax and soak in the location.

Short walk from hotel
The hotel dining charges are rather high. We found that the local restaurants within walking distance had excellent food at a reasonable price. Service was excellent and it allowed you to see more of the local flavor of the area of Sanur.

Thelocation is wonderful, ground
Thelocation is wonderful, ground are beautiful BUT the hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. It is old, dated and the rooms are quite ordinary. For a Hyatt it was disappointing. Staff are EXCELLENT, wonderful, helpful always smiling.

Beautiful resort if you want to
Beautiful resort if you want to take some holiday; excellent beach, beautiful garden, nice rooms. Restaurants quite expensive but this you can expect in this kind of resort. Interesting happy hour with a limited choice, but excellent cocktails. I would certainly go back.

Facilities were excellent, nice
Facilities were excellent, nice tennis courts, swiming pools and gardens. Room was nice but perhaps bathroom needs renovation. Not located in one of the nicest beaches in Bali in my opinion, but overall great place to stay.

Building showing its age but is
Building showing its age but is typical Bali in the nicest way. Rooms adequate, bathroom small, all set in beautiful grounds right on the beach. Very helpful staff particularly with (very) late check out to suit late flight home. Well located near shops, restaurants and spas. We would return.
