The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali

The hotel is really nice, neat and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Location is great because it is a quite spot near lot of attractions within walking distance. Rooms are big and practical for a beach resort. Pool area and private beach are also very nice. Drinks are a bit expensive, you better stock your minibar (a diet coke was 10 times more expensive than in the supermarket). I would definitely come back to this hotel if I were to visit Bali again. I think it offers very good value for money.

The Staff are only as good as the Management,the Management at the Sofitel are not to be seen and do not seem to take an active roll in running the place.Biggest complaint no Chefs tasted their food,every breakfast was cold (no one seemed to care) Room service (you guesed it!! cold food again!!) And the Noise from the rooftop bar next door every night drove me nuts!! Would not stay at this Hotel again.

The service was exceptional providing to our every need. The hotel building and pools however are looking tired and probably need some major refurbishment works. The gardens and grounds are exeptional with meandering paths, birds and lush green healthy plants. This is my second stay here and would defitnitly return with my family once again.

Very beautiful and expensive 5 star hotel on the beach of Seminyak with several pool areas. You can not swim in the sea, due to currents and strong surf but can wave surf/bodyboard if conditions are right. Lifegaurd on duty on beach. Lovely setup and a few restaurants on site (expensive), free shuttle to Kuta Square. You can also walk into Seminyak although it is quite far and you need to walk single file. Plenty taxis outside hotel though. Stayed in the Deluxe room (3 persons) and room was very spacious and very clean. Service was excellent.

A "Must Stay" hotel!

Being way from the hustle and bustle it was a perfect location to relax in the beautiful surroundings. we didn't eat at the hotel because it was a little pricy and we wanted to try the local fare... apart from the odd cocktail. A free shuttle bus was available to take and pick us up from shopping in Kuta. (about 20 minutes drive) The service all round was very good and their were plenty of smiles from all the staff including the excellent security guards. I would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights in late August. We choose the place because it was on the beach and we wanted to stay close to Kuta beach but not right there. We liked the hotel and staff was super friendly. The mini bar fridge was not working (actually it was warm rather than cool), but it was not a big deal. They give you two bottles of waters a day, and it was very helpfull (although a litter bottle of water costs less than a dollar at a store). The bathroom had a faint smell of urine that got worse as the days go by. It is understandable that the septic system there is not that great. Overall, it was good value and we enjoyed the stay.

まずロビーの備品、設備が面白みに欠け、レセプションはビジネスライクで愛想はない。 室内は広く、ベッドもさすがに寝やすかった。だが、バリ島のホテルというよりもニューヨークやソウルのホテルのような味気なさである。 プールもそんなに広くなく、デッキチェアも座るところがないほどであった。 立地も便利とは言えず、このホテルに泊まることの利点は見出せない。

Sehr sschönes und sehr gepflegtes Hotel. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet könnte für den Preis das verlangt wird abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig ausgelegt nur Fernseher und Kühlschrank nicht up to date. Wir werden beim nächsten Bali besuch wieder dieses Hotel auswählen. Erhholung pur.
