Newly renovated resort strategically located in South Kuta, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and a beautiful collection of orchids, the Ramayana Resort & Spa tastefully provides a tranquil sanctuary for its residences. Perfect for a wide range of travellers from family and couples to corporate functions. Hotel facilities include a new lobby, departure lounge with shower, new Rama SPA which also provide KIDS SPA, new pool bar, 2 swimming pools and open space, new Gabah Restaurant, which is landscaped with rice fields serving local and international delicacies and colossal Rajapala Balinese service style, multi function room, Prime Care Clinic International, Stadium Caf, Flapjacks - House of Pancake and Home Made Gelato, BLUEFIN Japanese Fusion and Lounge and Seafood House. Guest rooms are equipped with modern facilities and the Resort Club has special benefits and is completed with a 37 inch flat screen television from the private floor, exclusive breakfast at the club lounge, high tea, evening cocktails, broadband internet access and butler service. 207 rooms. The location is great, that was the reason we booked this hotel. But with the price they charged, you can get nicer hotels in other area. When we arrived they didn't give us welcome drinks. The room was very standard, the remote control for the tv was not working. The worst was that when we checked out, they tried to charge us for some snack from the mini bar that we didn't take. After some arguing they didn't charge us, but it was a bad experience.

Compared to other hotels i have

Compared to other hotels i have stayed in Bali, We found the rooms a little small and dingy for the cost. here was also nowhere to sit outside the room as the balcony was poky and noisy. The breakfast was fairly verage and the service was not so good. Overall ok for a few days but I don't think I would stay for any length of time/

Club Room was above expectations and all the staff were exceedingly helpful, very central location, will definitely stay here again.

It is located directly across

It is located directly across the lane from a nightclub with doof doof music. If you are a light sleeper, maybe its best to request a room that faces the courtyard. If you are thinking of booking the triple room, pls click on the extra bed, cos the rate shown is not the actual deal....which we found out the hard way. Location wise, its really good....right smack in the middle of everything. U can't pick a better located hotel in Kuta. The buffet breakfast is average but considering its included, theres nothing to complain there. Food options are basic around the hotel. The best seems to the hotel restaurant. Food presentation is fantastic but the taste is only average.

Hotel a déconseiller si on cherche le calme Prix restauration completement excessifs Qualité du service à table et de l'environnement restaurant décevant Tout ceci va avec le clinquant du lieu (Kuta) complétement surfait et se voulant probablement une copie (en pire) de Las Vegas
