absolutly gorgeous place, the room we stayed, not so comfortable, the clothes line and plumbing did not work properly, we didnt bother to say anything as we only stayed two nights, so we were fine. The staff were not really hospitable or welcoming at all nor helpful, so blah. food not so great, even in the expensive restaraunts they had there, not worth the extra money people pay to stay there. keep in mind we were on our honeymoon and i only booked this place because my husband wanted a few days at the beach, because he is really a beach person. Prior to this stay we had stayed at Kamandalu in Ubud, well worth the penny, husband loved it, and more then expected that he did not want to leave, he had the most relaxing zenful , and romantic time there. food was diffinatly better then here, but too expensive for dinner for Bali, same in comparison to new york $150 or over for two, same with cabs, please do not be fooled.

Beautiful hotel, a bit isolated and staff could be a bit friendlier, won't be rushing back here, but did enjoy our stay.

Located on a nice stretch of the Nusa Dua beach, this hotel provides all the amenities expected of a large resort in the Nusa Dua resort enclave. Beautifully landscaped with large lake in the middle of the resort. Rooms were nice and spacious, with private balcony.

We were only there for one night but the service and room were great value for the money. However, the internet was extremely over priced!

Nice private beach, beautiful landscape in the hotel garden or lagoon. However, the location is very far from town. But, they give you supreme and safe security and privacy. Recommend for 1 or max. 2-day stay.

just relax and staying on the beach with books

This resort was exactly what I was looking for before the start of my new job. I wanted peace and quiet but I wasn't quite sure if I was going to get just that as we drove up the enormous driveway past their colossus entrance fountain. I was expecting herds of families with their children running around screaming excitedly but to my delight, there were none to be found! The hotel seemed a bit empty but that's relative due to the enormous size of the property. There were quite a few people on the beach but by no means crowded. I didn't see too many families, mostly young couples from Russia. Throughout the 5 days stay, all I heard was the sound of the waves crashing on shore and the breeze blowing through the tropical trees. The hotel itself was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms all surround a huge lagoon with lots of plantation surrounding it. It really added to the natural island aesthetics. This is not an ideal place to party but if you're just looking to relax and enjoy the surrounding then this is an excellent place to do so.

The architecture both of the buildings and gardens are exceptional. Although it is quite big the whole complex appears cosy and comfortable. The beach is bright and the sea shimmers in all tones of green and blue.

The hotel complex was very good and the staff service was also very good. We did request that our room air conditioner be looked at a couple of times and the problem was not fixed as our room was warm to hot the whole time we were there. It made it very uncomfortable especially at night.
