“DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING! EXPERIENCE FOR ALL FAMILY"

Myself, my wife and two year old son were sold this 'deal; through a Groupon website. We have traveled, worked and lived extensively around the world, from Europe, Africa, Asia and now Middle East. We had a completely terrible experience, the worst ever I personally had and my family EVER. Noisy, dishonesty and uncaring management, beetles in the steamy rooms and also a VERY misleading hotel context. I, my family were so unhappy we wanted to leave after the first night of staying. Alternatively, on a positive side, the ‘butlers’ which we had several men arriving on our door step, were friendly. However, they seemed to have had no training and really limited with local information. In fact, we got more information from the local taxi driver. We are simple travelers with good honest integrity, but please be warned. THIS IS BAD HOTEL, with better options available in the area. With little care over needs of the people who stay here. The few couples we spoke to here also felt the same, await other views.
