This is considered as First Class property. Suitable for the people who love peaceful and small boutique resort. (JH 14/04/2009) Created to combine traditional Balinese esthetics with modern style and comfort. The Lumbung style architecture is distinctive, featuring the high pithed alang - alang roofs on the traditional Balinese rice stores. Situated in Panestanan, the famous painter community village with aproximatelly one hour drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Its about five minutes from Ubud centre.

- All villas have their own private walled courtyard, in a charming setting which recreates the intimacy of a traditional Balinese village. Each villa can comfortably accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. There are also three romantic Lanai rooms and an additional of four Deluxe Lanai or two interconnecting rooms with a shared private swimming pool in one compound. All rooms created to combine traditional Balinese esthetics with modern style and comfort. The materials are local stone, folk weave fabrics, cane bamboo and weathered wood.
