Tranquil and lavish New Delhi retreat
Enter the opulent lobby of the Shangri-La Eros Hotel, and take in the magnificent floral arrangements and lavishly gilded yet clean-lined décor. This five-star hotel offers a little bit of everything for its guests, including a central location, high-end spa and fitness center, multiple fine dining options, an art gallery, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi, and lush gardens around a scenic pool. Wonderful place to stay!
I have stayed at two other hotels while traveling in Delhi and by far this had the friendliest and most efficient staff. I felt like from the moment I checked in until I checked out that I was cared for and had everything I needed, if only I were to ask. I was there for two weeks visiting friends and was consistently pleased with housekeeping, the front desk, the restaurants and the friendly and helpful doormen. Overall I would certainly choose this hotel for my next trip!

Excellent Hotel near Connaught Place
We enjoyed our stay in this nice hotel. The rooms and service was excellent and the staff was attentive and courteous EXCEPT for one rude and sour faced older hostess during the breakfast buffet who seemed to have an attitude problem!!! Based on our overall experience, I would recommend a stay in this hotel.

Nice hotel in great location
Very central location if you need to be close to downtown. Nice rooms and helpful staff. No shop in hotel even for small items .

very coureous, great food
I wish that this and all good hotels shd have wireless connection for PCs in the room and throughout the hotel grounds, makes working more flexible, and can sit compfforatbly on a sofa or bed and work, and do not have to sit at the desk only.. because it is only a LAN wire based connection...
