Bad

When we reached the Hotel Pablas International at 11:00PM of January 6, we were told that we had no reservation. The manager was rude. When we showed the reservation and payment receipt, the manager called an agent who deals with hotel reservations via [...]. This aganet said that he did not have us in his system. We had to argue and explain that we had done the reservation of two rooms and had already paid, by credit card. The agent was also rude and uncooperative. After long discussion he agreed to find us accommodation in some other hotel in the area. We were informed by our car driver that an auto expo was going on in Delhi and the hotels were inadveratntly cancelling existing (and paid) reservations and renting the rooms with higher prices.This is a typical example of inherent corruption in hotel industry in India. Overall, our experience was extremely humiliating, insulting, and uncomfortable. We would request [...], for future deals in hotels in India, to make sure that the local agents and hotels comply with the reservation rules and conditions. Thank you
