Modern luxury accommodations with an urban Indian flair

Located in the middle of New Delhi, the Hotel Aura is convenient to the city commercial district. Hotel amenities include laundry services, on-call doctor assistance when necessary, fitness center, sauna, and steam room. International visitors can use the hotel's exchange service to change their money into local currency. On the hotel's roof, guests can have snacks and drinks at the on-site coffee shop. Every morning, guests receive a free breakfast buffet meal for every person in their rooms. The hotel's restaurant is open for dining 24 hours a day.

Great Locale unless you're a clean freak

The Ramada Downtown was in the perfect location for our visits to the Convention Center and the Exploreum. Both were a pleasant walk as were the restaurants on Dauphin Street. Room was typical for a no-frills motel, except the cleaning was not very thorough (e.g., corners nasty, cleaning supplies left in bathroom, carpet pretty grungy to bare feet). However, lots of pillows, VERY QUIET, and GREAT price for the weekend we had to have. Super easy to get back on the interstate. All and all, tradeoffs were well worth it, and we'd stay there again!!!!

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Exploreum is a great place, especially if you have children. It is also a great rainy day option.

My receipt on checking out had my name on it at another address charged to an unknown credit card number at a rate less than was prepaid to Orbitz on my credit card. The hotel clerk was not able to answer my questions about the incorrect receipt. She said I would have to contact Orbitz to get my questions answered.
